DISTRICT CUB SCOUT SWIMMING GALA –

6pm get ready 6.30pm ready to swim

We would very much like to enter a team again in this years swimming gala.  Participants must be able to swim 25 meters (it is not the whole length of the pool).

There are 3 categories: breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle for each age group of 8 yrs, 9yrs and 10yrs plus a relay team made up of a least one cub from each age group.

 

You will need money for lockers and a sweatshirt or extra towel to wrap around you at poolside.  The will be a raffle and the event will finish at approx 9pm.

Can you please confirm whether your cub would like to participate in the gala and what their stroke preference is as soon as possible.
