The pre-ordered tickets have now arrived for the  October fun day. The tickets will be distributed to those who ordered them, on Monday 1st October. Any of you who have ordered the tickets but won’t be at Mondays meetings, I will get them to you direct.

Some members have recently asked ‘Can we still attend even though we haven't yet got tickets?’ The official answer as of 28th September is: ‘Tickets are no longer being sent out, however there is the facility for people who have not already got tickets to turn up on the day and pay on the gate. Payment on the gate is strictly cash only’. Obviously depending on the number of additional people deciding to arrive and pay on the day, they may have to re-address the situation.

For those attending:

If any member is intending participating in Shooting, a ‘parental consent for shooting’ form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian prior to participation in that activity. Please note: A height restriction may apply.

THE EVENT IS A UNIFORMED EVENT.

Directions are as shown on the rear of the ticket: Stanley Hall, Astley Abbotts, Nr Bridgnorth, WV16 4 SP (Please arrive via rear entrance in Astley Abbotts).

A packed lunch will be required

Notes:

SHEEP: There will be sheep roaming so please take care when driving through the estate.

LITTER: Please make everyone aware that Mr Thompson, the landowner, has a very strict NO LITTER policy.

SHOOTING: All minors must bring a completed shooting form. NB: A height restriction may apply.
